Soup Kitchen at Ark of Love (old Age Home)

This past Sunday's Soup Kitchen was held at Ark of Love (Old Age Home). If you are wondering why this name sounds so familiar, it's because this is yet another one of our Cheesekids Mandela Day beneficiaries. Upon arrival, all those who had visited Ark of love previously, at the Cheesekids Mandela Day event, were very pleased to see that all of their hard labour was beginning to pay off, as all the seeds that had been planted have now sprouted. Mama Thobeka who runs this Home with so much love, was absolutely delighted that Cheesekids had returned, this time to fill the tummies of the elderly folk with some yummy soup. Plenty of bread, fruits, yogurt and sour milk was also donated, enough to last them well into the week, and perhaps even beyond, and for this Mama Thobeka could not have been happier or even more appreciative.
